(DE) Behörden ermöglichen Besatzung von TUI Cruises Rückreise in ihre Heimatländer
Ab dem 28. April 2020 ist ein mehrtägiger Aufenthalt des Kreuzfahrtschiffes Mein Schiff 3 von TUI Cruises in Cuxhaven geplant. Ziel des Anlaufs ist die logistische Versorgung des Schiffes. Darüber hinaus soll einem großen Teil der Besatzung an Bord eine sichere Rückreise in ihre Heimatländer ermöglicht werden. Die Sicherheit und Gesundheit von Besatzung und der Bevölkerung der Region habe dabei für TUI Cruises oberste Priorität. Wichtig dabei: Auf den Schiffen der Mein Schiff Flotte gab und gibt es bisher keinen einzigen Fall von COVID-19. Die gesamte Besatzung an Bord befindet sich derzeit im Isolations-Zustand. Der letzte Kontakt der gesamten Mein Schiff Flotte zur Außenwelt war vor rund vier Wochen am 23. März 2020 – an dem Tag sind die letzten Gäste von Bord gegangen.

Sub-Agent ist die BREB GmbH & Co. KG in Zusammenarbeit mit PWL Port Services GmbH, die für TUI Cruises als Hafen- und Ground Agent in Cuxhaven in Erscheinung treten. Terminal Operations werden durch die ortsansässigen Fachkräfte der Blue Water BREB GmbH durchgeführt, die eigens für diesen Anlauf technische Ausrüstung (Mobilkran, Gabekstapler, etc.) am Steubenhöft zur Verfügung stellen.
(EN) Authorities enable crew of TUI Cruises to travel back to their home countries
From April 28, 2020, a multi-day stay of the cruise ship Mein Schiff 3 from TUI Cruises is planned for Cuxhaven. The aim of the call is to supply the ship with logistics. In addition, a large proportion of the crew on board should be able to travel safely back to their home countries. The safety and health of the crew and the region's population are top priorities for TUI Cruises. It is important to note that there has not been a single case of COVID-19 on the ships of the Mein Schiff fleet. The entire crew on board is currently in isolation. The last contact of the entire Mein Schiff fleet with the outside world was about four weeks ago on March 23, 2020 - on that day, the last guests disembarked.

BREB GmbH & Co. KG is sub-agent in cooperation with PWL Port Services GmbH, who appear as a port and ground agent for TUI Cruises in Cuxhaven. Terminal operations are carried out by the local specialists at Blue Water BREB GmbH, who provide technical equipment (mobile crane, forklift, etc.) specifically for this port-call at Steubenhöft.
